Feynman was an exceptional physicist. He made significant contributions to the field of Quantum Electrodynamics - a theory that explores the behavior of light and matter at the subatomic scale.
After finishing his studies at MIT, Feynman struggled to explain the origin of photons during transitions to his father, despite later receiving a Nobel Prize for his work on the topic!
Feynman is famous in the scientific community for his engaging lectures on Physics. He did have the ability to simplify complex concepts and make them accessible to wider audiences. However he explicitly shares his failure to deliver satisfactory explanations to his father, who ironically had sent him to renowned schools hoping that his son would help him one day better understand the world..
People think differently and it's expected that for some Feynman's explanations can't work. This is made even more apparent later in the book, where Feynman discusses the unique ways people perceive things mentioning an incident with a friend. Feynman discovered that he "spoke" numbers in his mind while his friend was visualising them as if they were in front of him on a tape.
Unfortunately, many people go through life without finding their niche - those specific problems tailored to their thinking patterns. Maybe technology can help us here. Problems in life are incredibly diverse and there's definitely enough for everyone!
